Senior Business Development - C&I
- Manage and Grow Key Accounts: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure long-term success.
- Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing their needs and resolving any issues,
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Sales Presentations and Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients.
- Market analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure client satisfaction.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends.
- Minimum of 5 years in sales or account management, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial principles and market dynamics.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
- Travel: Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
- Leadership: Ability to lead and inspire a sales team
- Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
