Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Business Leader who will accelerate growth and performance marketing maturity at Solera. This leader must bring a relentless focus on ROI, clear alignment with executive growth objectives, and the ability to communicate performance effectively across the C-suite. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of building reporting frameworks that tie spend to revenue, demonstrating clear return on marketing investment (ROMI).

The Role

As the Director of Digital Marketing & Demand Generation, you will architect and lead Solera’s integrated digital strategy, owning both performance marketing and the digital experience across our global web ecosystem. This role sits at the center of growth, enabling data-backed storytelling to executive stakeholders, and aligning digital investments to strategic business goals.

1. Demand Generation

- Own all global paid media strategies (search, display, SEO, social, and email) across Solera’s solution portfolio.

- Deliver predictable, high-conversion pipeline to Inside Sales and Enterprise Sales teams, globally.

- Support strategic accounts by aligning performance marketing tactics with enterprise pursuits.

- Manage and optimize lead generation efforts for e-commerce platforms and online self-service channels.

- Build marketing ROI dashboards showing spend vs. booked ACV, lead velocity, and CAC payback, with executive-ready reporting cadence.

- Run A/B and multivariate testing across campaigns to continuously improve performance metrics.

- Partner with Sales, Product, and Revenue Operations to build closed-loop reporting frameworks.

2. Web Development & Digital Experience

- Own the governance, performance, and compliance of 200+ Solera websites worldwide.

- Ensure content agility and a frictionless digital journey by deploying updates quickly and compliantly.

- Collaborate with Legal, IT, and Security to ensure GDPR/CCPA compliance and web infrastructure reliability.

- Drive SEO execution across the global ecosystem to maximize discoverability and inbound lead generation.

- Implement end-to-end site analytics, conversion tracking, and attribution models using GA4, GTM, and CRM platforms.

- Report on digital experience KPIs (bounce rate, form conversion, time-on-site, etc.) and link them to marketing-qualified pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & ROI Accountability

- Lead and mentor a high-performing team across Paid Media, Web, and Demand Generation, ensuring every dollar invested is accountable to business growth.

- Design and oversee reporting frameworks that tie campaign efforts to new business bookings and customer acquisition cost (CAC).

- Establish and optimize budget plans using a zero-based budgeting approach.

- Present quarterly results and insights to senior leadership, ensuring data transparency and executive alignment.

- Drive full-funnel marketing integration: paid media, SEO, CRO, email, and web engagement.

- Build executive communications that clearly articulate marketing’s impact on business health and topline revenue.

Qualifications & Skills

- 7+ years in B2B marketing, with 2+ years leading ROI-focused digital teams.

- Demonstrated experience growing pipeline and revenue in enterprise SaaS or B2B tech.

- Strong fluency in tools like Google Ads, GA4, GTM, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and HubSpot/Salesforce.

- Ability to synthesize data into executive-facing reports and dashboards that influence budget and strategy.

- Proven success managing multi-million-dollar global budgets.

- Deep understanding of performance marketing KPIs, attribution, and full-funnel optimization.

- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
