Revenue Enablement Program Manager

WHAT SKILLS DO YOU POSSESS? 

  • 3-5 years of enablement experience, preferably within SaaS or technology organizations.

  • Proven expertise in onboarding, sales methodologies, and revenue tools (e.g., Hubspot, Gong, Salesloft, or similar platforms).

  • Demonstrated success enabling highly tenured teams, especially in enterprise sales environments.

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable initiatives.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for simplifying complex concepts. 

SECURITY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidates must undergo a criminal records check upon hire.

  • Be a Canadian Citizen (dual citizens included) or eligible to work in Canada.

  • Be willing to comply with Solink’s security policies and standards.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Onboarding Excellence: Facilitate and continuously improve our onboarding program through feedback, iteration, and the implementation of industry best practices to set new hires up for success.

  • Content Creation and Knowledge Management: Own the development, organization, and accessibility of enablement content and resources, ensuring alignment with the needs of our revenue teams.

  • Sales Training & Development: Deliver impactful training to upskill our sales teams, and enable highly tenured enterprise teams with tailored training and strategic support.

  • Product and Demo Enablement: Lead the creation and delivery of training on product knowledge and demo best practices to articulate value effectively.

  • Performance Metrics and Impact: Implement programs rooted in proven methodologies, ensuring scalable and repeatable success.
