Responsibilities

Coordinate and order supplies for the Logistics Team
Review and process invoices related to logistics operations
Assist in managing Logistics expenses and monthly budgets
Monitor departmental expenses
Compile and analyze financial data
Support scheduling of Property Handler weekly overtime
Update and Maintain Monthly and Weekly KPI Logistics Reports
Act as project manager on various tasks
Perform general administrative tasks

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
Logistics
Project Management or related field preferred
