Senior Associate, Capital Markets, SFS
Sotheby’s is seeking a Senior Associate in Capital Markets to support the evolution of its financial services organization into a tech-enabled lending platform. Ideal candidates will have a blend of financial services experience and innovation.
Skills
- Capital markets experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Solid written and verbal communication
- Detail-oriented
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute financing transactions including securitizations
- Prepare investor-facing materials for diligence sessions and roadshows
- Collaborate with legal, finance, servicing, and originations teams
- Maintain loan portfolio and performance data
- Field ad-hoc requests or investor inquiries
- Perform data analysis for senior management planning
- Review and improve capital markets processes
Education
- Bachelor's degree in finance/business or related field
