Sotheby’s is seeking a Senior Associate in Capital Markets to support the evolution of its financial services organization into a tech-enabled lending platform. Ideal candidates will have a blend of financial services experience and innovation.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute financing transactions including securitizations
Prepare investor-facing materials for diligence sessions and roadshows
Collaborate with legal, finance, servicing, and originations teams
Maintain loan portfolio and performance data
Field ad-hoc requests or investor inquiries
Perform data analysis for senior management planning
Review and improve capital markets processes

Education

Bachelor's degree in finance/business or related field
