Customer Support Associate, Bilingual Japanese (Starlink)
SpaceX is looking for a bilingual Customer Support Associate (Japanese/English) to join the Starlink team. The role involves triaging, troubleshooting, and resolving customer issues to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
