Responsibilities
- Build and lead a competent team of multi-skilled technicians
- Create and update PM work plans and schedules
- Support engineers with establishing corrective maintenance schedules
- Partner with the engineering team on production operations improvements
- Build a spares inventory for maintenance strategy
- Supervise maintenance work including emergency situations
- Troubleshoot and ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks
- Develop and manage metrics for maintenance performance
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
- 2+ years of experience in machining or maintenance
