In this role, your main mission will be to warmly greet and assist all visitors who come to our front desk, ensuring they feel welcomed and informed. You'll be the friendly voice answering incoming phone calls, directing them where they need to go or taking messages as necessary. We value strong communication, so you'll be addressing questions and concerns from residents and their families with a compassionate touch. Emergencies may arise, and your composed response will be key in maintaining the safety and comfort of our community. It's important to keep our front lobby and entrance area looking pristine, as first impressions matter! To thrive in this position, having a high school diploma or equivalent is essential, along with experience in an office environment or customer service.
