Assembler - 4 Day Work Week

Spherion is seeking Assemblers in Arden, NC. As an Assembler, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, responsible for assembling large electrical boxes according to specifications and blueprints. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, proficiency in reading blueprints, and experience using basic hand tools. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company and contribute to the production of essential electrical equipment.Schedules Available:1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 5:00am-3:30pm2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 3:30pm-2:00amResponsibilities:Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and schematics to assemble electrical breaker boxes accurately.Assemble components and sub-assemblies using basic hand tools such as screwdrivers, wrenches, and pliers.Ensure all parts fit correctly and are properly aligned during the assembly process.Perform quality checks to verify the accuracy and integrity of assembled breaker boxes.Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.Working hours: 5:00 AM - 3:30 AM (Various Shifts Available)Skills:Previous experience in assembly or a related field preferred.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and schematics.Proficiency in using basic hand tools and power tools.Education:No Degree RequiredExperience:0-1 yearsQualifications:Must be able to stand for a full 10 hour shift and lift up to 40 poundsLooking for a new job is stressful, exciting, and exhausting all at the same time.
