An Account Manager is responsible for ensuring that clients using the company's logistics services are satisfied and achieve their desired outcomes. This role involves a combination of customer service, account management, and logistics operations to maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention. The specialist acts as a bridge between the clients and the company's operations, ensuring smooth communication and effective problem-solving.
This role must have the ability to speak German and English to better serve the clients we work with heavily.

Join Spreetail as an Account Manager, German and English Speaking, and become a pivotal part of a company that's paving the way in the ecommerce industry! Based in Wunstorf, you'll be handling clients who utilize our logistics services, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes with ease. In this engaging role, you'll blend customer service, account management, and logistics operations, so every interaction contributes to high client satisfaction. As a bridge between clients and our operations, your expertise in both German and English will be invaluable. You'll offboard new clients by leading training sessions that cater to their logistics needs, while regularly checking in to discuss performance and address any concerns. Your ability to quickly troubleshoot issues will make you the go-to person when challenges arise! Keeping tabs on key performance indicators (KPIs) will be second nature, as will ensuring all contracts and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are up-to-date. We're looking for candidates with at least two years of experience in customer success, account management, or logistics operations, preferably in the 3PL or e-commerce sectors. While we value a bachelor’s degree, we also believe experience is critical, and diverse backgrounds are welcomed.
