About the Role

We’re seeking a Field Marketing Manager to help us develop, manage, and execute in-person and virtual field marketing events and campaigns. This is a unique opportunity to be a high-impact, early member of the company. Reporting directly to our Head of Marketing, you’ll own the entire process of event program execution including venue selection, content and programming, invite emails, event outreach and beyond.

This role is based out of our San Francisco office 4 days per week. 

Your Impact

  • Plan, organize, and execute in-person and virtual marketing events based on the sales led motion

  • Lead internal communication across multiple departments (Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success) on expectations, goals, deliverables, event logistics, RSVPs, and performance

  • Effectively collaborate as the POC and “quarterback” for the event campaigns with the Sales, Marketing, and Executive teams on the appropriate marketing events to maximize sales opportunities and pipeline within target accounts

  • Own the entire process of event program execution, including venue selection, content and programming, invite emails, event outreach, and followup

  • Monitor, measure, and report on the effectiveness of field marketing program to all key stakeholders while identifying areas for optimization and improvement

Employee Pay Disclosure

The salary range for this full-time position is $120,000 - $130,000 + Equity + Benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all locations (San Francisco, CA; New York, NY). Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
