Spring Health is looking for a Customer Success Manager to support existing partners, drive product adoption, and foster the company's mission in the mental health space.

Responsibilities

Serve as an account owner, product expert, and mental health advocate for assigned customers
Build rapport with decision makers to drive adoption of best practices
Own the full customer lifecycle including onboarding, value realization, and renewal
Discover and support execution of new opportunities for customers
Create business reviews and insightful presentations for senior HR executives
Collaborate across departments to enhance customer feedback and processes

Education

Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred)
