Customer Success Manager

Spring Health is looking for a Customer Success Manager to support existing partners, drive product adoption, and foster the company's mission in the mental health space.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as an account owner, product expert, and mental health advocate for assigned customers
  • Build rapport with decision makers to drive adoption of best practices
  • Own the full customer lifecycle including onboarding, value realization, and renewal
  • Discover and support execution of new opportunities for customers
  • Create business reviews and insightful presentations for senior HR executives
  • Collaborate across departments to enhance customer feedback and processes

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred)
