Senior Manager, Commercial Sales

Spring Health is looking for a Senior Manager, Commercial Sales to help maximize a massive market opportunity in providing mental health benefits to employees at top companies. The role involves selling into HR/Benefits leaders, developing sales pitches, prioritizing accounts, and building partnerships with brokers and consultants.

Responsibilities

Sell into HR/Benefits leaders at companies of 0-10k employees and organizations in an assigned territory
Work with BDRs and Strategic Alliances team to close opportunities
Own and iterate full cycle sales pitches using a consultative approach
Prioritize strategically valuable accounts in the assigned territory
Build business cases for Directors, VPs/C-levels at Commercial sized organizations
Provide key market feedback on client needs and product roadmap
Develop partnerships with health insurance brokers and benefits consultants
