Sr. Customer Success Manager

Spring Health is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to join their award-winning team focused on transforming mental health solutions for employers and health plans.

Skills

  • Outstanding communication skills

  • Experience in account management or customer success
  • Previous experience in B2B2C vendor space

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the product expert and mental health advocate for enterprise customers
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and consultants
  • Own the customer lifecycle from implementations to engagement strategies to contract renewals
  • Provide key customer feedback and process improvements
  • Drive revenue through targeted member engagement strategies

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
