Sr. Customer Success Manager
Spring Health is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to join their award-winning team focused on transforming mental health solutions for employers and health plans.
Skills
- Outstanding communication skills
- High integrity and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in account management or customer success
- Previous experience in B2B2C vendor space
Responsibilities
- Serve as the product expert and mental health advocate for enterprise customers
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and consultants
- Own the customer lifecycle from implementations to engagement strategies to contract renewals
- Provide key customer feedback and process improvements
- Drive revenue through targeted member engagement strategies
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
