Responsibilities
Serve as the product expert and mental health advocate for enterprise customers
Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and consultants
Own the customer lifecycle from implementations to engagement strategies to contract renewals
Provide key customer feedback and process improvements
Drive revenue through targeted member engagement strategies
Education
Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
