Spring Health is a leading mental health service providing innovative solutions for employers. We seek independently licensed mental health professionals to join our Care Navigation team focused on supporting members with PTSD and Complex Trauma.

Skills

Clinical care experience with PTSD and Complex Trauma
Excellent communication skills
Tech-savvy with computer platforms
Motivational interviewing skills

Responsibilities

Conduct telephonic screening and brief interventions with members.
Utilize trauma treatment models to provide stabilization support.
Coordinate referrals to trauma specialty treatment providers.
Document progress and maintain accurate records.

Education

LCSW, LMFT, LPC licensure in California
Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field
