We seek a driven and results-oriented Sr Account Executive - SMB, EU to join our fast-growing SaaS sales team. As an AE, you will proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities in Europe's SMB market. You will leverage your strong prospecting skills and deep understanding of the market to build relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts, uncover their pain points, and demonstrate how Sprinto can solve their unique compliance challenges. Ultimately, your success will be measured by your ability to consistently generate qualified leads, close high-value deals, and exceed quota.

In this role, you’ll get your hands dirty by identifying and qualifying exciting new business opportunities within Europe's SMB market. Your knack for building relationships will shine as you connect with key decision-makers at target accounts, understanding their unique compliance challenges and showing them how Sprinto can make a difference. If you're eager to leverage your strong prospecting skills and drive results, then this is the perfect opportunity for you. Your day-to-day will involve thorough needs analysis, managing the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals with an average contract value of 5-15K ARR, while aiming for an annual quota of 400K. Plus, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies. Delivering impactful sales presentations and product demos will be part of your toolkit, alongside negotiating terms that not only benefit the customer but maximize profitability. If you’re self-motivated with 4-8 years of sales experience in the SaaS industry and have sold to the EU SMB market, we want to hear from you!
