Position Summary:
Due to our continued growth & expansion, SPS Commerce is looking for a Lead Implementation Consultant focused on SAP S/4HANA. Our implementation experts are responsible for deploying SPS’s solutions and leading the seamless integration of household name brands onto the SPS Commerce platform, so it is critical that this individual is Obsessed with Customers and has a Get After It attitude. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of operational excellence working in or with brands through SAP implementations, solution integration, training, and user acceptance testing (UAT). All of this will help the Lead Consultant inform the product roadmap, refine best practices for SAP implementations, and deliver best-in-class solutions for SPS Commerce’s SAP customers.
Our Implementation Consultants consult and advise on project tasks for integrating e-commerce solutions with ERP systems, from close of sale through hand-off to the Customer Operations team. Exceeding customer expectations is a top priority, which is accomplished by clearly understanding the clients’ business model, the partner resources and limitations, and the value added by the SPS components.

At SPS Commerce, we are committed to ensuring that each employee's compensation reflects their unique experiences, performance, and skills in their role. The salary range for this role considers several factors, including education, relevant skills, work history, certifications, location, and more.
The annual salary range for this role is: $92,400 - $147,800. The actual salary offered will be determined based on the factors listed above and may fall anywhere within the range.
Additionally, you may also be eligible to participate in an annual incentive program. An incentive award, if granted, is based on individual and/or organizational performance.
