We are looking for an exceptional International Customer Service Representative based in Milpitas , CA who will:

Manage the orders for selected international customers and distributors
-
Work cross functionally with other departments (e.g. Finance and Logistics) to eliminate roadblocks to order execution

Drive collaboration between strategic partnerships across MKS, such as within Trade and Compliance, insides Sales, field sales, Operations, Finance and Product Management

Serve as the focal point for escalation of all customer orders under your responsibility
-
Proactively drive the supply chain (both domestic and international manufacturing sites) to provide required product on-time to customer commitments

Capable to manage multiple projects and complete daily/weekly/monthly metrics
What will you bring to the team, along with your curiosity is:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in supporting customers in an international environment
-
Experience with Letter of Credit transactions and US Export Licenses
-
Strong organizational skills; able to independently multitask and proactively provide support with minimal supervision
-
Proficient in the use of ERP/MRP Systems, SAP, SalesForce, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Office
-
A willingness and ability to influence and change the status quo to improve existing process to ensure customer satisfaction
Compensation and Benefits:
Hourly Pay Range: $19.73 - $36.65 per hour. This range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law. At MKS, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for the role.
Bonus: This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, in an amount to be determined by MKS [or as applicable].
