Overview:
Oasis Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Sr DoD Acquisition Program Manager located at San Antonio, Texas. This position provides support to the Unified Platform (UP) program office. UP is an ACAT I program that will incorporate an agile environment to integrate disparate cyber platforms, existing or evolving systems, infrastructure, mission capabilities, data analytics, and programs to build an interoperable and scalable network of cyber capabilities. The UP will allow the Cyber Mission Force to be interoperable and interconnected, and to conduct integrated DoD cyberspace domain-planning and execution of the full spectrum of cyberspace operations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Certifications, Experience, Skills)
SECURITY CLEARANCE: Secret; eligible for Top Secret
EDUCATION: Master’s degree
CERTIFICATIONS: Relevant DAWIA certification preferred
EXPERIENCE LEVEL: 15 years relevant experience of which 10 years must be in acquisition program management
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Experience in an agile development environment.

Experience in an ACAT I program office preferred

Comfortable working and communicating with senior military leaders

Experienced in all phases of the DoD acquisition life cycle

Confluence and Jira experience preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-
Investigates, analyzes, plans, evaluates, drafts and/or recommends solutions for project/program efforts.
- Provides expert-level issue resolution and recommendations support to achieve desired program outcomes.

Applies broad knowledge of organizational missions and programs, such as acquisition management and modernization planning.

Applies knowledge of and expertise with acquisition management, program management, budget/finance principles and methodologies, modernization planning, in the planning, programming, budgeting, and executing (PPBE) process.

Reviews initial and revised acquisition documents and provides the enterprise-level perspective to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Provides comments on acquisition documentation that add value from an enterprise perspective and facilitates an integrated, system-of-systems approach across the division.
