Sr. Client Training Manager

Job Summary and Opportunity:
The Sr. Client Training Manager will provide support and customer service, as well as lead client onboarding and training on all aspects of Zenith accounting software. Apply knowledge of Zenith software and best accounting practices to ensure smooth and consistent client onboarding onto Zenith systems. This role will also ensure that the client optimally uses the Zenith platform. This role will also manage team of Client Services Training Associates. This position is remote, but candidates must be based in the Tarzana/Los Angeles area.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the onboarding of new clients which includes assigning resources, scheduling training, and managing the new client onboarding project plan Develop and lead client training program including the schedule & training materials
  • Provides ongoing client education regarding new/available features and benefits to ensure customer understanding and proper use of services
  • Manages team of Client Services & Onboarding Associates
  • Ensure that the implementation and delivery of products and services is completed within agreed upon time frames, adhering to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Review customer documentation, due diligence and agreements
  • Seek internal approval for services where needed
  • Assist with other operational tasks as assigned, including the development of reports and procedures
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree or some college
  • 3+ years' training and development
  • Experience with design, implementation, and delivery of learning and development
Preferred:
  • Experience working with business management or accounting firms
