AppLovin is looking for a passionate Sr. HRIS Analyst to join our growing People Operations team. The Sr. HRIS analyst will be responsible for building and maintaining integrations with third party systems in HR related domains (Payroll, Benefits, Talent, etc) and provide development and operational support for Workday-related projects and help drive improvements in the processes and technologies that support our People team.
We are looking for someone who has a strong knowledge of the Workday ecosystem and is a subject matter expert in different types of Workday Integrations, Workday reporting and dashboards. This role will work closely with internal stakeholders to effectively manage, support, and implement systems and solutions that meet AppLovin’s needs in the short and long term.

Design, configure, test, deploy, and maintain routine and complex integration solutions using Workday integration tools (BIRT, Cloud Connect, Document Transformation, EIB, RaaS, Web Service Calls, and Workday Studio)

Develop, lead, and manage project plans based on scope and timeline

Provide end-user troubleshooting, issue remediation, and escalation management for Workday inbound and outbound integration issues, changes to existing integrations as well as new integrations.

Create and maintain detailed technical documentation to support design and ongoing maintenance of existing integrations

Ensure accuracy and integrity of data and applications through analysis, coding, clear documentation and problem resolution

Evaluate functionality delivered in Workday releases to assess business impacts and opportunities for enhancements (including developing and executing user acceptance testing scripts) and lead change management for any updates that are implemented

Write, maintain and generate complex HR data reports and dashboards and establish reporting process documentation and work to improve delivery processes considering all available technologies

Support cyclical HR programs such as open enrollment, performance management, promotions, and annual compensation planning

Work with global teams across varying time zones across our APAC, EMEA and American locations

Coach and mentor team members to grow internal knowledge of application management

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
-
3+ years within Workday Integration Framework and integration related technologies (Core Connector, PECI, PICOF, REST, sFTP, SOAP, XML/XSLT, etc) as well as external integration tools (Postman, SOAP UI,etc)

5+ years of Workday Report Writer experience, including experience with creating complex Workday calculated fields and in depth knowledge of Workday’s reporting architecture

Strong working knowledge of multiple Workday modules: Advanced Compensation, Benefits, HCM, and Talent/Performance; Workday certification is a plus

Proven ability to manage tasks with competing priorities and deadlines, independently determining order of priority and self-initiating other value-added tasks

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience implementing processes that scale

Ability to lead cross functional projects and interact with internal stakeholders at all levels

Demonstrated ability to proactively improve processes and problem solve

Advanced experience with spreadsheet functions in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace suite (ex: VLookUps, Pivot Tables, etc.)

$99,000 - $160,000 a year
AppLovin provides a competitive total compensation package with a pay for performance rewards approach. Base compensation at AppLovin is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Depending on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and other benefits.
