Position Title: Academic Program Coordinator

Position Reports To: Director of Administration
FLSA STATUS: Salaried
Salary: $64,480

Days & Hours: Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week. Standard work schedule is 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, may be adjusted. Flexible schedule may require evening and weekend hours during peak periods.
BASIC FUNCTION AND SCOPE OF JOB:
The Academic Program Coordinator will work closely with Program Directors and Department Chairs (Directors). The position requires attention to detail, and tasks required will vary by program.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Program Directors & Department Chairs:
Bachelor’s degree
Three to five years’ experience on this role is required/preferred
Ability to maintain positive and professional relationships with students, faculty, and staff
Excellent interpersonal, administrative, and organizational skills.
Outstanding command of the English language in written and verbal forms
Ability to effectively interpret, organize, and present information and ideas in writing
Excellent project management skills, including ability to simultaneously manage several projects and activities.
