Fabletics is looking for an Amazon Senior Ecommerce Manager.
As the Amazon Ecommerce Senior Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Fabletics brand by managing its Amazon FBA and Amazon Today business and lead the planning, execution, and optimization of the Amazon storefront.
You will play a crucial role in the strategy and growth of this revenue stream, including but not limited to: product listing creation, PDP marketing and optimization, and cross-functional team management of Amazon processes. The right candidate will be an extremely detail oriented, proactive, and tech savvy individual who is comfortable with supporting a diverse group of stakeholders.
You’ll be part of the Site Merchandising team and join a tight knit group of key contributors who are actively working together to improve the ecommerce experience at Fabletics.
This position will report to the Senior Director of Ecommerce.
This role will be based in Los Angeles.
2+ years of experience launching and selling products on Amazon (ideally FBA), experience with listing management and troubleshooting and working in Amazon Seller Central
5+ years experience within Ecommerce
In-depth knowledge of Amazon's product listing guidelines, optimization techniques, and search algorithms.
Ability to juggle a variety of initiatives and adjust to changing timelines and priorities
Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
Self-driven work ethic
Ability to communicate effectively with cross functional teams
Own end-to-end process of listing creation, optimization, and updates. Manage product variations, pricing, inventory levels, and promotional campaigns to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is displayed on Amazon.
Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand customer behavior, preferences, and market trends. Utilize this information to optimize product titles, descriptions, bullet points, and key product attributes to maximize visibility and conversion rates.
Own the process of Amazon inventory replenishment involving working with cross-functional teams
Monitor and manage the Amazon FBA Dashboard to ensure we’re maintaining performance metrics and keeping items in stock (provide insight to improve IPI score)
Troubleshoot to fix pricing errors, stranded inventory, PDP listing issues, duplicate ASINs, bullet points, etc.
Stay Updated on Amazon Policies and Best Practices: Stay informed about the latest Amazon policies, guidelines, and algorithm updates. Implement necessary changes to comply with the platform's requirements and leverage new features to improve product listings.
Open cases and maintain communication with Seller Central as needed

Varied for retail and fulfillment roles
The annual base salary range for this position is from $105,300-$143,000. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
