We are looking for a dynamic and experienced marketing leader in demand generation who can create and implement multi-channel campaigns to generate awareness, engagement, pipeline, and revenue for BambooHR. In collaboration with other marketing teams, operations, and sales, you will develop a roadmap of programs and strategies to achieve objectives and key results, while maximizing ROI. The ideal candidate is a blend of analytical and creative skills, possesses strong organizational abilities, excels in collaboration and communication, and takes their work seriously but not themselves.

Your Day-to-Day Role

  • Lead a team that builds a plan to drive BambooHR awareness and affinity through integrated initiatives

  • Drive webinar and podcast program strategy and growth to drive brand engagement in our target audience

  • Own a paid media budget to drive performance across third party vendors and drive testing in higher funnel channels like YouTube, connected TV, programmatic, and radio, among others as necessary

  • Work closely with internal and external content and creative teams in support of campaign execution

  • Work closely with performance marketing and other demand gen marketers to amplify awareness and conversion through digital, web and social properties

  • Align with marketing leadership on campaign results and optimize accordingly

  • Work with revenue operations and analytics to report on marketing effectiveness and develop ways to learn from experiments to constantly improve

  • Manage the budget, including monthly and quarterly planning, forecasting, spend tracking, and measuring impact and ROI for all dollars spent

Your Work Experience

  • 8+ years of marketing experience with a focus on demand gen and/or digital marketing

  • 3+ years of leadership experience, managing direct reports in a digital marketing capacity

  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce.com and Marketo preferred) with good knowledge of marketing operations and pipeline development processes

  • Good analytics skills and a drive for growth and continual improvement

  • Proven track record of working independently and with sales teams and multiple levels of management
