We are looking for a dynamic and experienced marketing leader in demand generation who can create and implement multi-channel campaigns to generate awareness, engagement, pipeline, and revenue for BambooHR. In collaboration with other marketing teams, operations, and sales, you will develop a roadmap of programs and strategies to achieve objectives and key results, while maximizing ROI. The ideal candidate is a blend of analytical and creative skills, possesses strong organizational abilities, excels in collaboration and communication, and takes their work seriously but not themselves.
Your Day-to-Day Role
Lead a team that builds a plan to drive BambooHR awareness and affinity through integrated initiatives
Drive webinar and podcast program strategy and growth to drive brand engagement in our target audience
Own a paid media budget to drive performance across third party vendors and drive testing in higher funnel channels like YouTube, connected TV, programmatic, and radio, among others as necessary
Work closely with internal and external content and creative teams in support of campaign execution
Work closely with performance marketing and other demand gen marketers to amplify awareness and conversion through digital, web and social properties
Align with marketing leadership on campaign results and optimize accordingly
Work with revenue operations and analytics to report on marketing effectiveness and develop ways to learn from experiments to constantly improve
Manage the budget, including monthly and quarterly planning, forecasting, spend tracking, and measuring impact and ROI for all dollars spent
Your Work Experience
8+ years of marketing experience with a focus on demand gen and/or digital marketing
3+ years of leadership experience, managing direct reports in a digital marketing capacity
Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce.com and Marketo preferred) with good knowledge of marketing operations and pipeline development processes
Good analytics skills and a drive for growth and continual improvement
Proven track record of working independently and with sales teams and multiple levels of management
