The Senior Systems Administrator will manage, configure, and optimize integrated data systems for University Advancement, ensuring data quality and security while delivering innovative solutions. Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include leading the Raiser’s Edge/NXT administration, ensuring data integrity, managing stakeholder relationships, and developing training programs for users.
Skills: Required skills include expertise in Microsoft 365, technical project management, and familiarity with database systems such as Raiser’s Edge/NXT.
Qualifications: Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field and at least 5 years of relevant experience; preferred experience includes Raiser’s Edge/NXT and programming skills in SQL, JavaScript, or HTML/CSS.

Compensation: $62000 - $75000 / Annually
Reporting to the Executive Director of Advancement Operations (EDAO), the Senior Systems Administrator is responsible for managing, configuring and optimizing all integrated data systems in University Advancement. This position plays a vital role in supporting the daily operations of the finance/business offices and advancement teams. The role involves ensuring data quality, security, integration, reconciliation and analytics while providing guidance to internal stakeholders and working closely with external vendors. The Senior Systems Administrator must be capable of managing complex systems, delivering innovative technical solutions and be comfortable with technical project management.
Salary range $62,000 - $75,000 (actual starting salary will be determined based on education and qualifications and other factors protected by law).
