Staff Assistant VIII, Avenue North, Wilmington

ChristianaCare's School Based Health Centers is looking to hire a Staff Assistant VIII to provide administrative support for multiple leaders at Avenue North, Wilmington DE.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage calendars; coordinate conferences and meetings. Ensures that meeting rooms, supplies and equipment are arranged for in advance. Orders catering as needed. Provides all pertinent information needed for scheduled appointments.

• Provides administrative support including typing and drafting correspondence, attends meetings, composes agendas, takes and types minutes, maintains up to date filing systems, composes presentations, opening, screening and delivery of mail, assists with audiovisual setup accordingly, etc.

• Maintains clinician CME's for leaders as needed

• Invoice and reimbursement management

• Creates and maintains Collaboration Sites

• Completes payroll as necessary

• Coordinate/assist with candidate itineraries and the onboarding process

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a business college program in Secretarial Science or Office Administration or related field preferred.

• Four years progressively responsible administrative support to an administrator or manager.
