• Passion for framing strategic questions, challenging assumptions, developing solutions, designing and running data-backed experiments, and iterating to solve for our customers
• Demonstrated ability to understand end-to-end processes and come up to speed quickly on new business domains
• Ability to understand technology and connect it to business outcomes

How you will lead

• Orchestrate development of executive-level presentations and content to be used by the Senior Leadership Team
• Develop narratives that highlight the outcomes delivered across the organization and their connection to strategy. These narratives will share our journey as a platform company and help galvanize change
• Drive how the DevX organization operates to deliver on our strategy at scale
• Identify opportunities to innovate and improve based on our unique vantage point
• Analyze data to identify insights to drive faster decision making
• Drive annual and in-year planning across the organization
• Understand business milestones and break them down into clear and measurable milestones
• Initiate, plan and execute business process improvements to reduce friction and accelerate the productivity in Intuit Platform
• Clear blockers and manage escalations across teams
• Grow and develop relationships with senior leaders from within and beyond
