Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and organized Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will primarily support the onboarding process, maintain job references, and ensure our CRM is up-to-date. You will also be responsible for filtering applicants in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and conducting initial screenings and occasional interviews. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in English, with a minimal accent, and a high level of fluency (C1 or C2). Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding Support: Coordinate and assist with the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
  • CRM Management: Update and manage candidate information, job references, and other related data within our CRM system.
  • ATS Management: Review and filter applicants through Workable, our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring they meet the job requirements.
  • Interviews: Occasionally conduct initial candidate screenings and participate in interviews to evaluate potential hires.
  • Collaboration: Work alongside the HR, Finance, Talent Development, and Talent Acquisition teams to maintain smooth workflows and efficient recruitment practices.
  • Reporting: Provide updates on candidate status, reference checks, and onboarding progress.
  • Previous experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or administrative roles is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Zoho Suite and Workable is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • C1 or C2 English proficiency, with minimal accent, is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism.
