In this role, you will primarily support the onboarding process, maintain job references, and ensure our CRM is up-to-date. You will also be responsible for filtering applicants in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and conducting initial screenings and occasional interviews. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in English, with a minimal accent, and a high level of fluency (C1 or C2).
