Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document detailed information from individuals seeking legal services, focusing on their needs and the specifics of their cases.
  • Listen attentively and empathetically to understand each individual’s circumstances and determine how the firm can assist.
  • Complete legal intake forms accurately, ensuring all required information is obtained.
  • Schedule consultations with attorneys, coordinating appointment times and ensuring all necessary information is communicated to both clients and legal teams.
  • Provide clear and helpful guidance to individuals, directing them to the appropriate team members or external resources as necessary.
  • Maintain organized records of all client interactions and follow-ups within the firm’s CRM or case management system.
  • Conduct follow-up communications to ensure potential clients receive the support they need and to identify additional needs.
  • Support administrative tasks, including managing calendars, handling documentation, and other related duties.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working as an intake specialist in a personal injury US law firm.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
