In this role you’ll get to:• Manage a diverse team of business analysts in multiple business locations.• Lead and advocate as the Voice of the Customer at key internal meetings.• Maintain Customer Scorecards to achieve KPIs (OTIF, SL, Compliance)• Maximize Order to Cash by progressing to “Down in a Day” Order Management and achieving weekly 95% Drop to Target cycle times.• Bring Continuous Improvement and Scalability through Complexity Reduction, striving for Near Zero Touch processes and SOP Documentation & Adherence.• Responsible for tracking and reporting Supply Chain Customer Compliance and developing processes and business model to mitigate compliance fines.• Business owner responsible for ensuring customer supply chain metrics are met while supporting sales and marketing.• Drive improvements to our demand forecast, on-time and in full (OTIF) delivery rates, and overall customer collaborationThe Person:You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions.
