This role requires a proactive self-starter with expertise in creating and executing communications strategies.The role provides timely, strategic communications counsel to all levels of the organization, including senior or regional leaders. Executes and implements communications strategies and plans, develops foundational materials and engages with national and regional media. For this role, we are looking for a communications practitioner who has a pulse on trends and a passion for purpose-driven communications work. For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.
