Our Client Experience team’s core mandate is to deliver world-class, end-to-end experiences for our customers, both insureds and independent agencies, that drive brand loyalty and retention. You’ll be a part of delivering on that mandate. At Steadily, the members of our Agency Support Team have the title of 'Agency Support Specialists'
As an Agency Support Specialist on the CX Team, you will:
Provide direct support for Steadily’s Independent Agencies; answering questions about Steadily’s appetite, assistance with quoting in Steadily’s agent portal, triaging underwriting approval requests, and processing endorsements and billing requests on agents’ behalf.
Respond to high volume of inbound calls, chats, and email requests from agents.
Reach out to agencies as needed to resolve billing and/or underwriting issues that need to be addressed.
Partner with Agency Success Managers to support the growth and success of our independent agency channel; surfacing concerns and escalating feedback from agency partners.
Partner with Underwriting to help mitigate risk by communicating underwriting actions to our agents and supporting agents in the subsequent resolution of risk.
Resolve problems quickly, independently, and to a consistently high standard.
Perform any other clerical or administrative tasks related to agency support, as needed.
Your Background
Insurance Experience: You have direct experience working in the Property & Casualty insurance space.
Communication: You possess superior verbal and written communication skills. You can communicate concisely and diplomatically with external partners, customers, and your peers.
Digital: You have above average technical skills; learning new systems and tools comes is easy for you.
Hungry: You want to make the leap into an earlier-stage tech company to rapidly accelerate your growth. You want to roll up your sleeves and hustle – you are not looking for a traditional 8-5 job.
Ambitious: Achieving your goals could take beyond the traditional 45 hour work week, but you’re willing to do what it takes to excel. You don't watch the clock when you are working towards your goals.
Self-Driven: You thrive under intense pressure and can manage a large workload with minimal oversight. There is no task too small or beneath you; “that’s not my job” is never your mantra.
Required Licensing
P&C licensing is not required for this role. However, we strongly encourage you to work towards obtaining your Property & Casualty Insurance license to expand your skills and capabilities.
Compensation and Benefits
$60,000-70,000 base (compensation is based on licensing and relevant insurance experience)
