Job Description

Position Summary

Service Supply Center – Maintain storeroom operations to include ordering/purchasing materials, tracking shipments, receiving parts, inventory, maintaining the parts room, and providing customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Filing out SSC BOLs. Prints BOL, Pick Tickets, and prepares other shipping documents for bulk loads and UPS/Fed-Ex
  • Maintain inventory stock levels, stock put away in designated locations, and perform cycle counts. Bottling and Janitorial restock
  • Receive physically and electronically all incoming stock. Must be able to frequently lift inventory weighing 50lbs+
  • Match received stock to PO and address discrepancies. Open PO research
  • Coordinate with various departments to notify of stock arrival
  • Demonstrate commitment to safety and quality standards and perform job duties in accordance with company safety policies and procedures, and GMP guidelines
  • Move pallets of goods for jobs in the process to appropriate areas as needed
  • Place finished goods that are on a designated pallet in the correct location
  • Perform inventory audits on a daily basis or as needed
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area by moving empty pallets to a designated area, and by keeping neat, orderly, and safe stacks of stock in storage areas
  • Maintain accurate location of stock in the storage area by paperwork and computer
  • Must have technical knowledge of computer systems, basic accounting skills, and inventory software. Perform all functions accurately as required in our CMMS system
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management/supervisors
  • Forklift certification is a plus

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 0-2 year(s) experience
  • The ability to read and interpret technical parts manuals, perform accurate mathematical functions, and type accurately, and interpersonal skills necessary to deal effectively with internal and external contacts
  • Previous experience in parts room essential
  • Must have a good safety record and excellent attendance
  • Must be able to work all shifts

Physical Requirements/Work Environment

  • Must be at least 21 years of age. Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time and work on a computer for extended periods. Lifting may be required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
  • Work Environment:
    • Works outdoors/indoors
    • Works in warm/cold climates
    • Works in high places
    • Works on wet surfaces
    • Is exposed to loud noise, fumes, and/or toxic chemicals
    • Works near moving, mechanical parts and lift truck traffic
    • Must be able to move up to 55 lbs.

The salary range for this role is:

$22.16 - $31.23

This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
