Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build Relationships: Engage with clients and prospects daily through networking, face-to-face interactions, and cold calling.
  • Create Opportunities: Develop, organize, and maintain a detailed database for tenant pursuits, proactively scheduling and conducting meetings with prospective tenants.
  • Support Transactions: Contribute to building tours, client presentations, proposal drafting, and report preparation to deliver exceptional outcomes.
  • Market Expertise: Stay on top of industry trends by conducting market research and analysis, gaining a deep understanding of the commercial real estate landscape.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in team marketing strategies, business development efforts, and pursuit of new opportunities.
  • Take Ownership: Have the opportunity to drive business in one of the region’s most promising markets while learning from the best in the business.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of client-facing business development or sales experience (preferred).
  • A service-first mindset with a desire to learn and understand client needs.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a plus.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • A collaborative, entrepreneurial spirit with a willingness to share ideas and contribute to common goals.
  • An understanding that it takes resiliency and self-discipline to learn the business and forge new relationships.
  • A willingness to work in the office daily.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
