You will handle tasks such as scheduling meetings with Marketing and Events, supporting the Associate Manager, and working closely with event coordinators on Faculty Management. To qualify for the Specialist, Professional Affairs role, an essential requirement is having a college equivalent qualification. While a Bachelor's Degree is desired, it is not mandatory. Candidates should possess at least four years of relevant customer service experience, ideally in a medical device or pharmaceutical company, alongside strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in Excel and a solid understanding of MedTech compliance are also important.
