SuccessFactors Systems Manager

Job Summary:

As the SuccessFactors System Manager you will provide knowledge and oversight for the HR systems which support our global organization. Reporting to the Director, HR Systems, you will impact the evolution of the Human Resource function where you will develop, enhance, and maintain our HR systems. You will be a heavily involved in system design and setup, ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting and data flow. You will implement new features and functionality, including testing, project management, end-user documentation and training, communications, and support both the system and user experience.

You will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Collaborate with HRIS and HR global team in the design, implementation, maintenance, and setup of SuccessFactors cloud-bases technology
  • Work with the HRIS, HRIT and global HR teams to create solutions to meet our business processes and needs
  • Coordinate testing and implementation of system changes, upgrades, and new functionality
  • Document standard processes: create and deploy user guides and resources to support HR, leaders, and end-users
  • Lead project management plans for module implementation within SuccessFactors
  • Serve as a point of contact for HRIS-related questions and manage daily system operations

What you will bring:

  • 3+ years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors, onboarding preferred
  • Experience implementing SuccessFactors modules including requirements gathering, testing, documentation, and final solution rollout
  • Knowledge of HR processes and how they impact HR systems
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Ability to work with a remote team and in a global environment
  • Adaptability and openness to new approaches and feedback
  • Interest and passion for career development in the field of HR and/or HRIS
  • Ability to work across all levels of the organization

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
