Are you passionate about renewable energy and looking to make a difference in people's lives? Join us at our Houston office as a Home Energy Consultant! In this role, you'll be a vital part of our mission to help homeowners transition to sustainable energy solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include exceeding monthly sales quotas and developing a significant Book of Business. You'll have the chance to schedule appointments with eager prospects, qualify their needs, and design custom solar and solar storage systems. We pride ourselves in providing a seamless customer experience, so you'll guide customers through the entire process—from contract signing to the post-sales journey, ensuring they feel supported every step of the way. To succeed as a Home Energy Consultant, you should have at least a high school diploma and ideally 2-4+ years of consulting experience, along with 1-2+ years in inside sales. Though a bachelor's degree and solar industry knowledge are preferred, it's your drive and commitment to consultative sales that will shine in this role. We're looking for someone who knows how to actively listen to client needs, confidently handle objections, and use tools like Salesforce CRM and Excel efficiently. While you'll primarily work in an open-office environment, be prepared for some overtime depending on business needs. With a competitive hourly rate of $26 plus commission opportunities, this could be your chance to join a forward-thinking company dedicated to shaping the future of energy in Houston!
