Compensation & Pay Range:
Starting at $45,000 per year, based on relevant experience, education and credentials.
Position includes quarterly bonus potential and FREE childcare.

Sunshine House of Woodstock at 1794 Eagle Drive, Woodstock 30189


Childcare Director Responsibilities:

  • Manage operations of childcare school, including administrative, operational, financial, and logistical functions of the facility.
  • Hire, engage, and develop a supportive team of caregivers and educators.
  • Partner with families to provide the best care and education for their children.
  • Oversee the implementation of our curriculum, including developmentally appropriate play and classroom environments.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, and the community.
  • Minimum of an Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or related field required.
  • At least 2 years of licensed childcare management experience required.
  • Passion for working with young children.
