As a Business Development Manager at Superside, you'll be stepping into an exciting role that combines leadership, strategy, and creativity. You’ll lead a diverse team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs), motivating and mentoring them to not only meet but exceed ambitious sales targets. Your work will be pivotal in driving the growth of our business through innovative strategies and a collaborative approach with our Revenue Ops team for insightful analytics. You’ll partner with our Marketing team to concoct effective lead acquisition strategies that ensure our Account Executives have all the opportunities they need to shine. With your keen eye for detail, you’ll identify training needs and enhance the skill sets of your team through thoughtful Sales Enablement programs. Your analytical mindset will allow you to make informed recommendations for improving processes and campaigns, ensuring a streamlined approach to achieving results. While the position is fully remote, creating an engaged and motivated environment for your team is key, and your process-oriented approach will play a significant role in this endeavor.
