What does it mean to be a Recruiting Manager at Supplemental Health Care?

Establish and build Supplemental Health Care’s reputation and brand throughout the market while recruiting and retaining healthcare professionals and clients using the Company’s core values of Integrity, Candor, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence. Achieve individual performance goals by operating the Supplemental Way exceeding minimum activity standards.

What your day-to-day looks like:

  • Source healthcare professionals through a high volume of outreach through different outlets such as phone, text, email, job sites, and social media platforms
  • Use a consultative selling approach to recruit, coach, staff, develop, mentor, and engage different types of healthcare providers and gain a trusting partnership
  • Build value with the talent to partner with Supplemental Health Care and deliver high-quality experiences for our health care providers while upholding the reputation of going above and beyond
  • Exceed metrics and target goals to grow revenue through Supplemental Health Care 
  • Negotiate salary and benefits for each applicant in line with SHC’s financial objectives while complying with industry procedures and state/federal laws
  • Making a difference in communities and healthcare providers’ lives while having fun
  • Other duties as assigned

  • History of using consultative selling to drive results and hit metrics; this includes marketing strategies, sales results, and delivering value to all prospective talent
  • Strong communication skills to be able to negotiate and persuade different types of people
  • Have creative problem-solving skills to find answers and create the outcomes needed in a fast-paced environment
  • An attitude to succeed  and be resilient in all types of situations
  • Being able to work independently and time-manage your work weeks
  • A drive to have a career in healthcare and keep up with the ever-changing landscape

Pay Range: Base Pay is $45,000 with uncapped commissions 

Salary range may vary due to different state requirements
