Nearsure is looking for a Senior Full-cycle Recruiter to identify top tech talent in Latin America for US-based clients. Emphasis on autonomy and work-life balance in a remote-first environment.

Responsibilities

  • Attract talent by sourcing in social media platforms, placing job advertisements and using newsgroups and job sites
  • Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses and comparing qualifications to job requirements
  • Manage candidates' progress on ATS
  • Provide support to applicants throughout the recruiting process
  • Ensure staff openings are filled with the best talent in 2-4 weeks

Education

  • Bs. Degree in Human resources, Psychology or related fields
