About the Role

As a Mass Recruitment Support Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process. Your primary responsibility will be to assist candidates in navigating through the recruitment pipeline, addressing any issues they may encounter, and providing timely updates and escalations to the mass recruitment department.

In addition to managing candidate communications through email responses and follow-ups, you will also make calls to update candidates on their status within the pipeline.

Once your primary tasks are completed, you will have the opportunity to contribute to broader recruitment activities, supporting the team in sourcing, screening, or coordinating candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to candidate inquiries and issues via different sources, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
  • Proactively call candidates to provide updates or address pipeline-related concerns.
  • Escalate critical issues or feedback to the mass recruitment department for resolution.
  • Support recruitment activities as needed, including sourcing and initial candidate engagement.

Stack: Zendesk, Directus, Workable, Slack

  • You have experience in support/recruitment/call center or personnel administration.
  • You are ready for a lot of communication by mail and calls.
  • Excellent multitasking skills to manage multiple candidates and recruitment tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in English: advanced (C1) or above.
  • Proficiency in Russian: advanced (C1) or above.
  • You are ready to install Microsoft Intune, a cloud-based Mobile Device Management (MDM) service that allows us to set up a secure environment on your device (Windows 10/11 Pro/MacOS) to give you access to our business applications. 
  • Take part in a remote, freelance project with flexible hours, designed in collaboration with your manager to fit your schedule.
