What you will do:

  • Provide exceptional customer support via calls, chats, and emails;
  • Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers;
  • Meet team KPIs;
  • Always be up-to-date with cutting-edge technology;
  • Securely work with customers’ sensitive information;
  • Apply the latest and greatest customer happiness practices;

What you need to succeed in this role:

  • Excellent English skills (C2 for both spoken and written);
  • Experience in customer service;
  • Analytical and research skills;
  • Positive and responsible attitude;
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload).
