Supervise and maintain the daily operation of the Patient Access Services / Admitting functions, to include: patient registration, insurance verification & authorization, finance, operations, and team enhancement. Lead the assigned team of associates, ensure proper staffing levels, employees are trained and informed of all procedures, and appropriate Quality Control checks are performed. Maintain communication with patients, physicians, information systems, ancillary departments, and administration to assess and resolve patient registration issues.

Minimum Work Experience
Four (4) years of Patient Access / Patient Registration experience. Education beyond that required may be applied in lieu of two (2) years of the experience requirement.
