IT Support Engineer

SurveyMonkey is looking for a full-time IT Support Engineer to support internal IT platforms and services. The role offers compelling projects and a culture that emphasizes teamwork and innovation.

Skills

Experience with IT operations.

Familiarity with ITSM platforms and ITIL processes.

Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of Mac and Windows systems, mobile devices, and networking equipment.
Troubleshoot software, hardware, network, printer, or videoconferencing issues.
Perform daily tasks using Microsoft Active Directory, Azure AD, Office 365, and other tools.
Handle onboarding and offboarding-related tasks.
Maintain local office IT equipment inventory.
Enforce IT Ops policies and update IT documentation.

Education

Undergraduate degree in an IT-related technical field.
