Job Description

Your Responsibilities:

  • Handling inbound customer inquiries via phone for the leading European telecom provider, the #1 brand in Germany and Europe
  • Managing customer queries related to internet, phone, and TV services
  • Focusing on selling additional services and products to existing customers
  • Providing fast, expert, and friendly responses

Qualifications

 

  • You have excellent German skills (B2 - C1 level).
  • You are ready to join us at one of our offices in Soifa, Plovdiv or Varna
  • You are curious, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
  • Ideally, you have experience in the BPO/Contact Center or Sales industry.
  • You are flexible and available for shift work, including Saturdays and Sundays.
  • You have outstanding organizational and prioritization skills.
  • You enjoy helping customers and contributing to team success.
  • You possess an analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
