Job Description

We are seeking a proficient Luxury Hotel Customer Advisor fluent in both Dutch and English. This role is crucial for crafting exceptional experiences for our luxury hotel clientele. As a key part of our team, you will leverage your language skills and customer service prowess to provide distinguished service and support, ensuring an unforgettable customer journey.

Qualifications

- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal.
- Based in Bulgaria
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing customer needs

- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality industry, is a plus.
