You'll not only evaluate and enhance agent performance through engaging training but also lead essential QC projects to boost their effectiveness. Your keen eye for detail will help identify and address any issues while providing constructive coaching on navigating challenging scenarios. As a crucial part of our diverse team, your analytical skills will shine as you analyze data, uncover insights, and share findings with your colleagues. If you have experience in KYC and a strong command of the English language, plus great communication skills, we would love to have you aboard.
