Senior Product Marketing Manager (US)

About Sybill:

B2B AEs are on customer calls for 1.5 hours a day!!! The remainder of their day goes into back-office admin work. We are automating away that work so they can focus on customer relationships and closing deals.

We don’t just take meeting notes—it automatically creates and manages to-do lists from both calls and emails and then helps auto-execute those tasks using AI. This includes updating CRM, sending follow-up emails, scheduling follow-up meetings, researching information, customizing collaterals (decks, one-pagers, RFPs), and much more. Sybill helps reps to close more while doing less. And we envision that Sybill will enable an AE to close 200% more revenue.

We have raised $15M to make this assistant of the future a reality for AEs. With 750+ happy customers, 70% of our revenue comes from word-of-mouth through our PLG offering.

We have a small and mighty team with some of the sharpest and most driven minds working together. We combine proprietary models and foundational LLMs to power our agentic technology, delivering highly accurate results.

The Opportunity:

In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind a website experience that transforms curious visitors into engaged customers. You’ll have the freedom to craft compelling copy, experiment boldly, and shape user flows—right at the crossroads of product, marketing, and design. Your work will be highly visible, with a direct impact on lead generation, user satisfaction, and revenue. In Sybill’s fast-paced environment, you’ll move quickly, test aggressively, and rely on data to guide decisions. If you thrive on measurable impact in a high-growth setting, this opportunity is for you.

Who Thrives at Sybill?

We’re looking for ambitious builders who take ownership, move fast, and think big. You’re excited to create something game-changing, take projects from start to finish without micromanagement, and aren’t afraid to experiment, learn, and adapt. Big goals don’t scare you—you break them down and make things happen. Some weeks are intense, but that’s part of building something bold.

Sound like you? Let’s build together!

What You’ll Do:

  • Craft Website Copy: Write clear, concise messages that grab attention and encourage user action. You’ll be responsible for short-form copy, landing page headlines, and all the little bits of text that guide users through our website.

  • Experiment and Optimize: Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests. You’ll test everything from headlines to page layouts to find what truly resonates with our users and boosts conversions.

  • Understand Our Users Deeply: Get into the minds of our customers. Gather feedback, study user behavior, and transform insights into website improvements that make a big impact.

  • Shape UI Design: Work closely with designers (or take the lead if needed) to create website layouts and flows. You’ll help plan the user journey, ensuring each step feels seamless and consistent.

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with product, marketing, and growth teams to align on messaging and vision. You’ll keep everyone in sync so our website remains true to our brand voice.

  • Own the Metrics: Track engagement, conversion, and other website performance KPIs. You’ll turn data into actionable insights and lead the charge on changes that move the needle.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven Impact: You’ve improved website conversion rates or relevant KPIs (e.g., demo signups, purchases) by measurable amounts in previous roles.

  • Analytics & A/B Testing Tools: Experience with platforms like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Segment, plus hands-on use of A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize).

  • CMS & Basic Dev Skills: Comfortable using popular CMS platforms (like Webflow, WordPress, or similar) and basic HTML/CSS for quick fixes or prototypes.

  • Data-Driven Mindset: You rely on data to form hypotheses, set targets, and measure success.

  • Design Collaboration: Familiar with tools like Figma or Sketch for wireframing and collaborating on layouts and flows.

  • Relevant Experience: 3–5+ years in website CRO, product marketing, or growth marketing at a startup or fast-paced environment.

  • Hands-On Attitude: You thrive on ownership and accountability, especially in an early-stage setting where every contribution counts.

Why Join Us?

  • Make an Impact: Your work will directly shape our brand presence and business growth.

  • Room to Innovate: We welcome big ideas and give you the freedom to experiment.

  • Fast-Paced Environment: We move quickly and learn just as fast.

  • Early-Stage Culture: Grow with us, and help build something that can scale globally.

We believe Sybill should be your biggest career accelerant yet. We'll deliver on this by tackling hard problems together, giving you real ownership, and pushing you to grow beyond your comfort zone. If you're ready to match this ambition with your drive, let’s talk.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive compensation + comprehensive Health/Dental/Vision insurance + equity

  • Growth & Autonomy: Small team, big impact—grow alongside us!

  • Flexible PTO: We’re big fans of working hard and recharging when needed!

  • Company Offsite: Our annual offsite for collaboration and team fun!
