Senior Content Marketing Manager

Symplicity is seeking a Senior Content Marketing Manager with strong content marketing skills to lead all aspects of content development and thought leadership. The right candidate should excel at crafting high-level communication, write content across mediums, maintaining consistent messaging across all brand touch points, developing internal processes, working with international channel partners, and mentoring junior marketing staff.    


$1 - $1 semi monthly
This includes:  
Reaching out to clients for case studies and testimonials from outreach, interviewing, writing, editing, approval process, and promotion  
Oversee writing, editing, and managing of blog posts across core markets (North America, United Kingdom, & Australia),   
Ownership of thought leadership webinars surrounding topics in higher education to incorporate clients and outside partners to increase Symplicity brand awareness as a leader in the higher education on a wide range of topics targeted towards prospects and existing clients  
Manage video collateral from scheduling video shoots, writing video scripts, reaching out to clients, working as the main point person with freelance videographers and photographers  
Client Relations:  
Manage and create client marketing collateral to tell the Symplicity story with strategic, client-facing collateral to speak to stakeholders working with existing clients and client success teams; this also includes develop strategic messaging around new features, and identify outreach channels  
Develop and maintain client relations and build a pipeline for customer use in the form of webinars, success stories/case studies, testimonials, press releases, etc.  
Collaborate with global marketing managers and associates to develop and repurpose campaigns based on the needs of the market.   
Work closely with the Senior Events Manager on large annual conferences from submitting conference proposals, managing client relationships, day of tasks, and support Sales and Client Managers  
Work closely with the Social Media Manager on social media content from existing content or industry news  
Work closely with Sales, Client Success Team, and Product on big picture ongoing projects    
Manage all media relations and pitch to industry media on Symplicity’s positioning in higher education from press releases, building relationships with industry journalists, and more across all markets.
